- Started the NCAA Women's Lacrosse Program at Albright College in 2011. Coached and was Senior Women's Administrator from 2011-2024, promoted to Assistant Athletic Director from 2019-2024.
- Played Women's Lacrosse at SUNY Cortland from 2003-2007
- Was named a two-time Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaching Association (IWLCA) All-American (2007 and 2006).
- Four-time First Team All-SUNYAC (State University of New York Athletic Conference) selection, and was named the SUNYAC Player of the Year in 2004 and 2006.
- Four NCAA Tournament appearances, and four SUNYAC championships. In 2006, the Red Dragons had their first "Final 4" appearance in the national tournament.
