  • Email:
Gina Quinn is in her fourth season as the Director of Operations for the Lehigh wrestling program.

In her position, Quinn coordinates the day-to-day operation of the wrestling office. She serves as the program’s interface with the Athletics Department’s support areas and will assist with scheduling athlete-coach meetings and coordination of team managers and work study students. In addition, Quinn will play a major role in organizing team travel as well as alumni and community relations.

Quinn’s experience in wrestling dates back to her time as an undergraduate at Oklahoma State in the late 1980s. She served as a “Mat Maid” for the Cowboys from 1986-90 working home matches and select tournaments and assisting the program with recruiting, marketing, communications and alumni relations initiatives. She also worked four NCAA tournaments in various support roles in her four years as an undergraduate.

While at Oklahoma State, Quinn worked with the Cowboy program that was in the "rebuilding, rebranding, and re-envisioning OSU wrestling" phase. She assisted a Cowboy program that saw John Smith win NCAA, World and Olympic titles, and also featured Olympic gold medalists Kenny Monday and Kendall Cross, along with four-time NCAA champion Pat Smith, among many elite wrestlers who have since gone on to give back to their communities - both wrestling and community outreach.

Upon relocating to southeastern Pennsylvania, Quinn worked as a project manager and residential and commercial designer while owning her own company, Gina Quinn Interiors. She has remained active in wrestling circles, serving as the lead parent volunteer with the wrestling programs first at Germantown Academy and then at Malvern Prep. Quinn held responsibilities that included organizing pre-and-post-tournament events, tickets, team meals, spirit gifts, alumni functions and fundraising and sponsorship events.

From 2019-22, Quinn also served as leader of the Philadelphia area Oklahoma State University Alumni Chapter and hosted several functions around the Cowboys’ visit to Pennsylvania in November 2019.

Quinn is a 1990 graduate of Oklahoma State with a degree in Agricultural Economics - Marketing and Business. She resides in Blue Bell with her husband Vince and has two sons, Jack and Owen ’26.
