Bobby Bozym enters his second third on the Lehigh coaching staff. He works with the Mountain Hawks’ tight ends.
In Lehigh’s 2024 Patriot League championship season, the tight end group made significant contributions, especially in the run game, where the Mountain Hawks led the Patriot League and ranked 12th nationally, averaging 201.9 yards per game on the ground. Lehigh tight ends also totaled six receptions and made contributions on special teams.
Before coming to Lehigh, Bozym spent two seasons on staff at Yale where he served as assistant offensive line coach and an offensive quality control coach. He was a member of the offensive staff for Yale’s 2022 Ivy League championship season along with Kevin Cahill and Mark McMaster.
A 2017 Springfield College graduate, Bozym spent two seasons at his alma mater as a graduate assistant coach, offensive line coach and run game coordinator. In 2019 Springfield led Division III in rushing, averaging 357.4 yards per game. In two seasons at Springfield, Bozym coached six All-NEWMAC players and one Division III All-American.
After earning his degree in sport management, Bozym took on a football operations/personnel and coaching internship at the University of Massachusetts, and spent the 2017 season as the offensive line coach at Maine Maritime Academy.
Bozym was a two-year starter on the offensive line at Springfield College. He added a master’s in athletic administration from Springfield in 2020.
