BEFORE LEHIGH
Kochanowicz brings an impressive resume to Lehigh after being a four-year varsity pitcher for La Salle College High School. He posts career marks of 54 appearances, 110 innings pitched, 126 strikeouts, 1.39 ERA, 16 saves and a win/loss record of 12-3. Kochanowicz’s teams were highly successful during his time there, as he was a 2021 PIAA 6A State Champion, 2021 Philadelphia Catholic League Champion, 2024 PIAA 6A State Runner-Up and a 2024 Philadelphia Catholic League Champion. In the classroom, Kochanowicz was the La Salle Principal Scholarship award winner, a four-year member of the honor roll and graduated high school with a 4.3 weighted GPA. He also comes from a family of athletes, as his father played baseball at Penn State while his sister played field hockey at La Salle University.
