ANNAPOLIS, Md. - Lehigh picked up the point in Patriot League play, as it battled Navy to a 2-2 draw on Wednesday night in Annapolis.

The Mids got on the board early, taking a 1-0 lead over the Mountain Hawks in the 24th minute. Navy's lead carried through the first half, as the Mids held an 11-3 advantage in shots.

In the 65th minute, Paige Place sent a ball to Aminah Baurwa who spun away from her defender and put the ball into the back of the net, as Lehigh tied it up at 1-1.

Navy's Jordan Townsend gave the Mids a 2-1 lead in the 76th minute.

In the final minutes, Baruwa sent a ball in to Taylor Latini who set up Cyndea Labissiere for the goal, as Lehigh tied up the contest at 2-2.

R'Reeyah Mabry-Francis made seven saves, including five in the second half. Navy's Natasha Stramrood recorded three.

Lehigh (2-5-3, 0-2-1 PL) will make a return trip south to face American Saturday at 1 p.m.
