BETHLEHEM, Pa – Due to the large amount of snow throughout the region, Lehigh has been forced to postpone both of its scheduled athletic events on Sunday.
For the second time in as many days, the Mountain Hawks' home finale swimming and diving meet against Bucknell has been postponed. The Lehigh-Lafayette indoor track meet at Rauch Fieldhouse has also been postponed for the second time this weekend. No makeup dates have been announced.
Both meets were originally scheduled for Saturday, but were moved to Sunday due to the forecasted winter weather.
The track and field teams will next host the 24th Annual John Covert Classic on Saturday, Jan. 30 beginning at 10 a.m. at Rauch Fieldhouse. The swimming and diving teams are scheduled to return to action next Saturday at Drexel.
