Lehigh placed nine student-athletes on the 2010 Patriot League Women’s Lacrosse Academic Honor Roll, announced Thursday afternoon. The Mountain Hawks were led by senior Lindsey Smith and freshman Celia Belmonte who both posted a 4.0 grade point average during the spring semester. Smith majored in industrial engineering, while Belmonte is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
Junior Lauren Dykstra has been named a Second Team All-American by womenslax.com, it was recently announced. Dykstra, who received her second consecutive First-Team All-Region honor on Friday, joins a group of student-athletes that includes the top women’s lacrosse players from around the nation.
