The Lehigh women’s basketball team will kick off the second half of Patriot League play Saturday at 1 p.m. at Holy Cross. The Mountain Hawks currently sit in second place, just one game ahead of the Crusaders who are in a three-way tie for third. The Lehigh women’s basketball team overcame an 18-point second-half deficit to tie the game with 5:11 left and had a chance to tie or win the game at the end of regulation, but fell short 66-64 at Army Sunday. Mountain Hawks storm back for big 50-46 win over Navy

Trailing 33-17 at halftime, the Lehigh women’s basketball team (12-8, 5-1 PL) shot 52 percent in the second half and held Navy (10-10, 3-3 PL) to 13 second-half points as the Mountain Hawks defeated the Midshipmen 50-46 Wednesday. Lehigh used a 14-0 run to get back in the game as it was paced by senior Emily Gratch and junior Kelly Peterson who combined for 22 second-half points.
