Our next student athlete summer check in is with rising captain Sarah Lucas ‘28! The majority of my summer I have dedicated to going to EMT school to work towrds getting my certification. Along with the course load, I am volunteering with the PWFD to get patient contacts on local ambulance calls in my town 🚑 I am also volunteering at Good Samaritan University Hospital to observe Physicians, NPs, and PAs both in hospital and out-patient settings. I’ve been lucky to gain knowledge about the daily responsibilities, and learn more about the experiences in the field! When I have some free time, I’m enjoying what NY has to offer with concerts, marches, and sunsets. I’m looking forward to getting back to campus & my teammates for another amazing year!! 🤎🤍
