BETHLEHEM, Pa. - Lehigh junior Allison LaBeau was named the Patriot League Attacker of the Week on Monday after setting a career high with eight points in a 14-11 Lehigh victory on Saturday. LaBeau finished with four assists and four assists, eclipsing 100 career points in the process. Her strong performance fueled the Mountain Hawks to their third straight win on the young season.
 
LaBeau accounted for Lehigh's final six goals, notching three goals and three assists in that span. The Mountain Lakes, N.J. native converted on most of her opportunities as she scored four goals on just seven shots. Her four assists were also a career high and helped spearhead the Mountain Hawks' offense to a season-high 14 goals.
 
The two-time All-Patriot League honoree has now tallied nine goals and five assists over her last two games. LaBeau also has a team-leading 13 goals, eight assists and 21 points on the season. LaBeau currently ranks second in the Patriot League in goals per game (3.25) and points per contest (5.25).
 
This is the third time LaBeau has garnered a weekly award, winning Patriot League Rookie of the Week as a freshman and Offensive Player of the Week as a sophomore.
 
After four straight home games, the Mountain Hawks will travel to Lynchburg, Va. to take on Liberty this Saturday. Opening draw is set for 3 p.m. Lehigh will conclude its spring break road trip with a matchup at Davidson next Tuesday, Mar. 15.
