BETHLEHEM, Pa. - Coming off strong seasons for the Lehigh field hockey team, senior Marissa Glatt and junior Jackie Renda have been named second team All-Patriot League honorees. Glatt was named to an All-Patriot League team for the third time in her career, while the honor marks Renda's first.

Glatt finished her senior campaign second on the team with 15 points behind five goals and a career-high four assists, which led the Mountain Hawks. Two goals and two assists came in Patriot League play. She enjoyed a strong weekend against Colgate and Towson when she combined for three goals and one assist over a pair of dominant Lehigh victories, earning her Patriot League Offensive Player of the Week honors. Glatt also scored the Mountain Hawks' first goal of the season in the season-opening victory over Rider, while she also scored the game's only in Lehigh's big 1-0 Patriot League win over Holy Cross. Glatt finished her impressive collegiate career with 54 points behind 23 goals and seven assists. On her Senior Day, she assisted on what proved to be the game-winning goal against Brown.

Renda served as a key player in the midfield for the Mountain Hawks, dishing three assists on the season, along with a defensive save. She was a catalyst on both ends of the field, helping Lehigh to its most wins since 2011 and most home victories since 2004. The defense allowed just 46 goals this season, the fewest goals Lehigh has allowed since 2004. The Mountain Hawks also allowed the fewest shots since 2007 while allowing 20 fewer shots on goal than any other season over the last 14 years. Renda was part of a defense which pitched three shutouts, two coming against Patriot League opponents (Holy Cross and Colgate). Those came in consecutive league games, marking the first time in school history Lehigh shut-out consecutive Patriot League opponents. Over consecutive games against Colgate and Towson, the Mountain Hawks outscored their opponents 11-0 and outshot them 50-9. Renda played in every game over her career, finishing with eight career points (one goal, six assists).

Lehigh finished its season with five wins over its last eight games, highlighted by a four-game winning streak, marking its longest winning streak since 1986. The Mountain Hawks defeated eventual No. 3 seed in the Patriot League Tournament Holy Cross, while staying alive in the race for the postseason right until the very end.
