BETHLEHEM, Pa. – For the 12th time in her illustrious career, senior E’Lana Lemon has been named the Patriot League’s Female Athlete of the Week, earning the award for the third consecutive week and fourth time this season. Lemon now ties Bucknell’s Marjorie Grapp (2004-2007) for the most weekly awards in league history.
 
Lemon added to her Patriot League-best distance with a her toss of 18.10 meters in the weight throw, surpassing her personal record of 17.66 meters at the Lehigh-Lafayette Dual Meet on Saturday. Lemon is now the most decorated athlete in Lehigh’s track and field history after winning 12 Patriot League weekly awards.
 
Lehigh will be back in action on Friday, February 1 when it travels to the New Balance Championships before hosting the John Covert Classic inside Rauch Fieldhouse on Saturday, February 2 beginning at 10 a.m.
