The Lehigh men’s basketball team jumped out to a 9-0 lead and wouldn’t look back, extending the lead to 17 before holding off Colgate, 60-45 on Saturday evening in Stabler Arena. Three Mountain Hawks (13-4, 3-0 Patriot League) finished with double-digit points, led by 14 points and seven rebounds from junior Mackey McKnight. Senior Holden Greiner posted his fourth-career double-double in the win.
