Lehigh’s women finish third, men fourth in PL Championships
The Lehigh women’s and men’s track and field teams finished in third and fourth place at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships for the third consecutive season Saturday at the Goodman Campus. The women’s squad racked up 119.25 points, while the men earned 85 points.

Lehigh to host Patriot League Championships for first time since 2007
The Lehigh men’s and women’s track and field teams will host the 2013 Patriot League Championships on Friday and Saturday at the Goodman Campus for the first time in six years. The competition will begin at 9 a.m. both days, with the men’s 10,000 meter run kicking off Friday’s slate and the decathlon and heptathlon beginning Saturday’s action.

Lehigh draws No. 6 Mississippi in first NCAA appearance
After winning its first-ever Patriot League championship on April 21, the Lehigh men’s tennis team learned its NCAA Tournament fate on Tuesday. The Mountain Hawks will make their first NCAA tournament appearance in Oxford, Mississippi against No. 6 national seed Mississippi, Friday May 10 at 12 p.m. CDT at the Palmer/Salloum Tennis Center.

Mountain Hawks hold off Navy to claim first PL title since 1997
The Patriot League men’s golf championship came down to the wire and Lehigh matched Navy’s final round score of 303 to hold off the Mids by seven strokes and win the program’s first Patriot League Championship since 1997 Sunday on the Grace Course at Saucon Valley Country Club. The Mountain Hawks finished at 299-296-303-898 to win the title on their home course.

#14/16 Lehigh wins second straight PL Title, 11-5 over Bucknell
The #14/16 Lehigh men’s lacrosse team jumped out to a 5-0 lead after one quarter and cruised to an 11-5 win over Bucknell to win its second straight Patriot League Championship on Sunday afternoon. Senior David DiMaria had two goals and three assists to finish with 10 points for the tournament and earn Tournament MVP honors. Lehigh became the first team since Navy in 2006-07 to win back-to-back Patriot League Titles.

#14/16 Lehigh dominates Colgate to advance to championship game
The #14/16 Lehigh men’s lacrosse team went on an 8-0 run spanning nearly 26 minutes in the second and third quarters to reach the Patriot League Championship Game for the second straight year as the Mountain Hawks defeated Colgate 15-7 in a semifinal Friday night at the Ulrich Sports Complex. The Mountain Hawks built a 10-goal lead late in the third quarter and coasted to their 11th win of the season.​

Lehigh set to host league championship at Saucon Valley CC
Lehigh will host the 2013 Patriot League Men’s Golf Championship this weekend on the Grace Course at Saucon Valley Country Club. The Championship will consist of a two-day, 54-hole format with the seven participating schools playing 36 holes on Saturday and the final 18 holes Sunday on the 7,051 yard, par 72 Grace Course.

Lehigh to face Colgate in PLT Friday at West Point
The Lehigh women’s tennis team heads to West Point, N.Y for the Patriot League Championship, hosted by Army beginning Friday. The fifth-seeded Mountain Hawks will play No. 4 seed Colgate in the first of three quarterfinal matches set for Friday at Army’s Malek Tennis Courts.

Mountain Hawks sweep Columbia in final home doubleheader
The Lehigh softball team eclipsed the 30 win mark for the 13th consecutive season as the Mountain Hawks swept a doubleheader from Columbia Tuesday at Kaufman Field. Junior Ashley Quigley threw six innings of two-hit ball as Lehigh took the opener 5-1, while senior Rosie Roessel’s sixth inning RBI infield single broke a 3-3 tie and gave the Mountain Hawks a 4-3 nightcap win.

Lehigh completes sweep of Holy Cross behind dominant pitching
Behind a pair of dominant pitching performances from senior Becca Bliss and sophomore Emily Bausher, Lehigh completed a four-game sweep of Holy Cross with two wins Sunday at Kaufman Field. Bliss struck out a career-high 11 as Lehigh took the opener 8-0 in six innings, while Bausher followed with a one-hitter and 13 strikeouts as the Mountain Hawks took the nightcap 4-0.
