Steelhawks Sign Top Quarterback and Host “Salute to Heroes” Night
The Lehigh Valley Steelhawks are excited to announce the signing of a new quarterback, Chris Malleo to the flock. Malleo was the starting quarterback of a Reading Express team last year that went 8-6 and was the Atlantic Division Champions. Steelhawks Lose Close One in Reading

Lehigh Faculty and Staff Honored at Appreciation Dinner
Lehigh faculty and staff gathered at Stabler Arena on for the annual Appreciation Dinner on May 1, 2012. Almost 400 faculty and staff attended the event, which was kicked off by President Alice P. Gast and emceed by Gary Lutz.

Steelhawks Lose Heartbreaker in OT
After four hours of playing, the Lehigh Valley Steelhawks (4-4) lost a heartbreaker of a game in the fourth overtime period to the Chicago Slaughter (3-6) with a final score of 51-54. Steelhawks Pull Out a Victory in Defensive Battle
The Lehigh Valley Steelhawks (4-3) fought hard against the Cedar Rapids Titans (2-4) in another game that came down to the last minute. IFL Veteran QB Lands in the Valley

Steelhawks Kick Off New Year with Big Signings
The Lehigh Valley Steelhawks have kicked off the New Year by signing some big Division I names to the 2012 roster. The newest additions to the team are DB Marvin Johnson from the University of Oregon, who played in the 2010 Rose Bowl and last year’s BCS National Championship game; and K Chris Hazley from Virginia Tech who was First Team All-ACC and named a Rivals.com 2nd team All-American for the 2010 season.
