Patrick Dolan

Title:Volunteer Strength and Conditioning Assistant Coach
Patrick Dolan is in his second season as a member of the Strength & Conditioning staff at Lehigh University.  In the Spring of 2011 Patrick interned under Head Strength Coach Eric Markovcy assisting with all Lehigh Varsity Sports.  Patrick was asked to return to Lehigh in the Fall of 2011 as an additional member of the Strength and Conditioning Staff.  His team responsibilities include Women’s Volleyball, as well as an assistant for all of the Mountain Hawk Varsity sports teams.  Patrick’s numerous past experiences bring a knowledgeable and energetic passion to the weight room as well as to the field.  In the summer of 2011, he served as the Head Strength & Conditioning intern at Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio.  There he worked primarily with Men’s Basketball and also assisted with Women’s Basketball and Volleyball under the direction of Head Strength & Conditioning Coach Matt Jennings. During his time at Xavier, he was invited to join the Cincinnati Bengals where he assisted in a workout alongside Coach Chip Morton.  In the summer of 2010 he interned with Coach Tony Decker’s Temple University Football Strength & Conditioning Program.  He began his pursuit of a career in strength and conditioning as a volunteer assistant at MVP Sports Training and Fitness in the summer of 2009.  Patrick will be graduating from DeSales University in May of 2012 with a Bachelor’s degree in Sport & Exercise Science and a Minor in Psychology.
