2013 OUTDOORS: Placed sixth in the 1,500 meter run at the Lehigh Games.
2013 INDOORS: Competed in the 800 meter run at the Lafayette dual.
2012 OUTDOORS: Season best in the 1500 meter run with a time of 4:50 at the Lafayette 7 Way Invitational…ran in the 3,000m steeplechase for the first time with the time of 12:07…ended season early because of knee injury.
2012 INDOORS: Ran the mile with a season best of 5:12 at the Lafyetter/Rider Games in New York City…competed at the Patriot League Championships in the Mile at Bucknell with a time of 5:13 placing 13th overall…named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
2012 CROSS COUNTRY: Finished 21st at the Lehigh Invitational (23:42.31)…placed seventh at the Lehigh-Lafayette Dual Meet (23:10)…finished 275th at the 39th Paul Short Run Women’s Gold race with a time of 23:49…placed 63rd at the Patriot League Championships, crossing the line in 25:55.3
2011 OUTDOORS: Ran a season best in the 1500 meter run running a 4:42 at the Princeton Larry Ellis Friday Night Races…ran the last leg of the 4,000 meter Distance Medley Relay with an overall time of 12:02 placing 10th….competed at the Patriot League Championships in the 1500 meter run at Lafayette with a time of 4:44 placing 10th overall.
2011 INDOORS: Ran a season best in the mile at the Patriot League Championships at Navy with a time of 5:06 placing ninth overall.
2011 CROSS COUNTRY: Ran full schedule including Patriot League Championship and NCAA Mid-Atlantic regional qualifiers…opened season with 11th place finish at Lehigh Invitational…set new personal best of 22:32.9 with 14th place finish at Lafayette Invitational...Lehigh’s 3rd finisher in the Patriot League Championships in the blizzard weather conditions with a time of 23:33 placing 32nd …131st at Mid-Atlantic qualifier…named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
2010 CROSS COUNTRY: Finished 14th overall in her first collegiate race and was Lehigh's top freshman finisher at the Lehigh Invitational...ran to a top-50 finish at the Iona Meet of Champions...Lehigh’s fifth runner at the Penn State National Invite running the 6,000 meter course in 23:02 placing 136th in a field of 300…competed at the Patriot League Championships at Lafayette as Lehigh’s fifth finisher running the 6,000 meter course in 22:05 placing 40th…had a breakout race running a season best at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Region Championships running the Penn State 6,000 meter run in 22:42 placing 81st as Lehigh’s fourth finisher.

PERSONAL: Born May 4, 1992…daughter of Melanie and James Howley…has three younger siblings, one of whom attends Lehigh.
