About the Overnight Camp…
Camp is a great opportunity for high school players to immerse themselves into a complete college training environment. Campers will stay in Lehigh’s dorms, eat at Lehigh’s excellent dining facilities, and experience pieces of daily life as an LUWS player. We welcome individual players, small groups, and teams to attend camp as our goal is to provide an environment for players to learn, play, and enjoy the game of soccer. Sessions focus on the development of technical, tactical, physical and psychological skills through on-field training, small-sided games, and full field competition. For teams who come as a group, camp will provide the opportunity to train, compete, and receive game-feedback in preparation for the upcoming season. A NATA certified athletic trainer will be at all sessions and live in the dorms for the duration of camp. All sessions will be led by college, scholastic, and Lehigh University staff and players. Goalkeepers will receive position-specific training and instruction.
