Must have 7 players to qualify for Team rage - cannot combine with Early Discount.

Must have minimum of 5 players. Players taking the TEAM rate do NOT qualify for the early discount too.

TEAMS: please either do one of the following:
- Have a team representative follow the instructions for "option 2" on our REGISTRATION PAGE (Click)
- OR...have each camper choose "option 1" on our REGISTRATION PAGE (Click) and then select the "Team - Must have 7..." as your girls basketball camp when prompted to select your camp.
- OR...send in your registrations forms together as a packet using our paper application:

Health Form & Waiver

Every camper must provide a completed Health Form & Waiver PRIOR to participation
The Health Form & Waiver must be signed by a parent or guardian
The Health Form & Waiver does not need to be signed by a doctor
