2012 (SOPHOMORE SEASON)
Played in 85 sets on the season, finishing with 171 kills, 35 total blocks and 25 digs…Had seven kills and hit .250 in the season-opener against Rider…Recorded nine kills and three blocks over four sets against Delaware…Had her first double digit kill total at Navy when she knocked down 11 kills and hit .364 against the Mids…Had a season-high 15 kills, hitting .312 with five total blocks in a five set victory over American, the first time Lehigh had ever beaten the Eagles on the road…Knocked down 11 kills and hit .304 against American inside Leeman-Turner Arena…Finished the regular season with 11 kills in each of the last two matches against Holy Cross and Army and totaled five blocks over those two tilts…Had seven kills and a block in the Patriot League Tournament semifinal game against top-seeded Colgate.

2011 (FRESHMAN SEASON)
Strong freshman season, playing in 16 matches while recording 56 assists (third on the team)…Also had 11 kills, five digs and four blocks…Owned a .167 attack percentage...Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

BEFORE LEHIGH
Genemaras, a 5-foot-10 setter from New Orleans, was a two-time Gatorade Player of the Year Finalist. A four-year starter and two-time team captain at Mount Carmel Academy, Genemaras was named to the All-State and All-Metro team in 2009 and 2010. She was also a two-time All-District MVP, two-time team MVP, 2010 Preseason Player of the Year and named to the 2010 All-Star Team. She not only had success on the court, but in the classroom as Genemaras was her graduation class’ Salutatorian. She made President’s Honor every year, was a 2010 A+ Athlete and a member of the 2010 All-Academic Team for volleyball.

Major & Why: Bioengineering because it gives me the option to earn either an MD or a PhD. Plus an engineering degree from Lehigh isn’t too shabby.

If I Had $1 Billion, I Would: Spoil my friends, my family and myself. And then donate the rest to as many charities as I could, especially Hurricane Katrina relief programs.
