JUNIOR MOUNTAIN HAWK DAY CAMP
Camp Features and Description
For players who are looking for a strong foundation in their skill development, this program is designed specifically to stress proper fundamentals and techniques. Through this period of concentrated skill training, participants will see major improvements in their overall individual performances. Athletes will be grouped according to skill level.

MOUNTAIN HAWK TEAM CAMP
The team camp program is geared toward preparing a team for the upcoming season. It will stress all team functions and afford ample six on six scrimmages. A court coach will be assigned to actually train and prepare your team, allowing the high school coach to sit back and observe. Areas you can expect to cover are service reception, team offense, teram defense and transition. For maximum benefit, groups will be between 12-15 players. You are encouraged to bring your entire team.
MOUNTAIN HAWK GIRLS NATIONAL ELITE CAMP
This camp is designed for a varsity athlete or club player who plays year round. It is an intensive four day training program including elements of individual, team and specialty training. Three sessions will be dedicated to individual skill development. Three sessions will be designed to improve the players' skills within their specialty. The final sessions will focus on developing a complete understanding of all team functions using game action drills and 6v6 competition.
MOUNTAIN HAWK BOYS HIGH SCHOOL CAMP
This is a comprehensive instructional program for high school or club players interested in skill development through specialty training. It is a four day program that includes elements of individual, team and specialty training. Athletes will be grouped according to age and ability level.

Keys and Access Cards:
There is a lost key charge and lost card charge if these items are lost during camp. We will provide you with a lanyard to carry your keys and cards with you!
Roommates:
If you have not already done so, please notify us of any post-registration roommate requests prior to camp as rooms are assigned prior to your arrival.
Campers with Cars:
If you are planning to drive yourself to camp, you will need to purchase a parking pass (for a small fee). You will not be permitted to use your car during camp.

Mountain Hawk Day Camp
- 8:30am in Grace Hall on the first morning of camp
- Sessions start at 9:00 each morning
Mountain Hawk Residential Camps

- 4:30pm in Grace Hall on each afternoon of camp
- Campers will only be released to authorized pick-up persons at the conclusion of each day
- ID will be required for those who cannot be identified by sight
