Health Form & Waiver
- Every camper must provide a completed Health Form & Waiver PRIOR to participation
- The Health Form & Waiver must be signed by a parent or guardian
- The Health Form & Waiver does not need to be signed by a doctor

Confirmation: Your confirmation will be sent via email. Online registrations will receive an instant confirmation via email. Mailed applications will receive an emailed confirmation at least 1 week prior to camp.

POSITION TRAINING CAMPS
Camp Features and Description
- INTERMEDIATE: This camp is designed for the player who wants to strengthen a less-developed skill, or who wants to “get an edge” through instruction and 1000s of reps.
- ELITE: This camp is designed for the advanced to elite player intending to play in college. It is designed for players who have established their position and are seeking elite training. Both offense and defense will be addressed, along with precise execution of the skill.

ALL SKILLS CAMPS
Camp Features and Description
- Grades 4-6: Intended for players with little to some experience. Focus will be on fun while executing basic skills with proper technique. Daily games.
- Grades 7-9: Novice to advanced players who can demonstrate basic skills, and want to take it up a notch! Focus will be on executing skills at a faster game pace to prepare them for their next level of play (i.e. F, JV, etc…) Informational sessions include: nutrition and conditioning. Daily competition.
ADVANCED & ELITE TRAINING OVERNIGHT CAMP
Camp Features and Description
- Advanced: Recommended for players with significant previous playing experience who demonstrate a high level of skill. This camp will challenge and prepare you for the next step in your career. JV or Varsity experience is recommended.
- Elite: Recommended for players with both club and Varsity level high school experience who intend on playing at the collegiate level. Informational sessions include: recruiting, nutrition, and conditioning. Daily competition.

Keys and Access Cards: There is a lost key charge and lost card charge if these items are lost during camp. We will provide you with a lanyard to carry your keys and cards with you!
Roommates: If you have not already done so, please notify us of any post-registration roommate requests prior to camp as rooms are assigned prior to your arrival.
Campers with Cars: If you are planning to drive yourself to camp, you will need to purchase a parking pass (for a small fee). You will not be permitted to use your car during camp.

- Campers will only be released to authorized pick-up persons at the conclusion of each day. ID will be required for those who cannot be identified by sight.
