He demands an intense work ethic and inspires people to work their hardest to achieve their personal goals, as well as the team’s goals. I believe he will make Lehigh Crew a well-known entity in the rowing community. Coach Moorehead is a hard worker and practiced motivational speaker. He can get a team excited to win races and finish ahead of the other boats. He has been with the team for a long time, each year improving his coaching, and has the respect and dedication of the team.”
