GENERAL INFORMATION FOR ALL CAMPS Camp Directors:

- A full-time certified Athletic Trainer will be present at all camp sessions
Facilities: All lacrosse sessions will take place at the Goodman Athletic campus. With an abundance of natural grass fields, an artificial turf facility, an indoor field house, and the South Mountain as a backdrop, Goodman Athletic campus is the ideal spot for lacrosse camp.

- The Health Form & Waiver must be signed by a parent or guardian
- The Health Form & Waiver does not need to be signed by a doctor

INSTRUCTIONAL CAMP SESSIONS
Session I: The Jr. Mountain Hawk Evening Camp – Grades K-8 Monday, June 21st – Thursday June 24th, 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Camp Description: This camp was developed to help beginner and intermediate players improve their skill set with exceptional instruction in the fundamental aspects of the game. We start from square one and focus on being fundamentally sound and technically correct. We help to build each individual player from the ground up so that when you walk away from the Jr. Mountain Hawk Evening Camp you feel more confident knowing you have a strong foundation for future success.

Session II: The Lehigh Lacrosse Experience Overnight Camp - Grades 5-12
Tuesday, June 29th - Friday, July 2nd
Camp Description: This camp is designed for upper grade school, middle school and high school players of all skill levels who want to enjoy the combination of exceptional lacrosse instruction and a fun-filled residential experience. Each camper will receive a first-hand look at what it is like to be a Lehigh Lacrosse Player, while enjoying four days of instruction, three nights’ accommodation, and meals in our deluxe on-campus dining center. Each full day will include three independent on-field sessions (morning, afternoon, evening) that will focus on teaching fundamental skills and concepts, practicing half-field and full-field live game situations, and applying the skills and concepts from those game situations to the scrimmages and games. Our goal is to provide outstanding instruction and skill work in order to help each player become more confident and better prepared for anything they may encounter on the lacrosse field.
*For 2010 – We will be offering advance instruction within our High School Division specifically designed for the High School Player. The program is catered towards players seeking a better understanding of the recruiting process and how to best prepare themselves for to be successful at the collegiate level. The College Prep Division will include seminars on lacrosse specific speed and strength training, the recruiting process (what to expect and how to be prepared), academics and their impact on success, and a special seminar on leadership and character building.
*New since 2009 - TEAM DISCOUNT - This is a great opportunity for coaches and players to develop as a team (8 or more playes) at a discounted cost!!!!

Items to Bring: Blankets, Sheets, Pillows, Towels, Toiletries, Fan, Alarm Clock, Spending Money, Shorts, t-shirts, socks, sweat top, rain top, cleats, turf shoes, basketball shoes, bathing suit, sunscreen, water bottle, casual clothing, lacrosse equipment (helmet, stick, gloves, arm pads, shoulder pads, athletic supporter, mouth guard).

Roommates: Roommate requests can be made during on-line registration process. Both roommates must request each other in order to be roomed together. If no request is made, roommates will be selected according to age. No room changes will be permitted at camp. Any last minutes requests can be made by emailing laxcamps@lehigh.edu. Only two occupants per room

Accommodations & Meals: Overnight campers will get to experience dormitory living in the heart of the Asa Packer Campus (Main Campus). With our hill-side setting and a panoramic view of downtown Bethlehem, this is truly “dorm life” at it’s finest. Only a short walk to the dining hall, residents will receive three meals a day (commuters receive two) at the all-you-care-to-eat dining facility. They offer a wide variety of delicious menu items that will help you refuel for the next session

"LEHIGH VALLEY SHOWCASE"
Session III - Lehigh Valley Showcase - Rising high school juniors and seniors (Eligible Post Graduates)
Wednesday July 28- Friday July 30, 2010
Camp Description: The Lehigh Valley Showcase is designed to provide rising high school juniors and seniors from the Lehigh Valley and across the country with advanced skill development in a highly competitive, tournament style, playing environment. The showcase will provide a platform for players to display their skills in front of college coaches from Divisions I, II, and III, as these coaches will be invited to serve as instructors and also as recruiters. Off the field, players will take part in a strength and speed training combine (results will be given to take home at the end of camp), recruiting & academic seminar, and a leadership/character building seminar. The mission of the Lehigh Valley Showcase is to help campers gain visibility within the recruiting landscape, while helping them grow as players and as people.
* Interested Lehigh Prospects - This camp will be a great opportunity to see what being a Student-Athlete in the Lehigh lacrosse program is all about. You will stay in the same dorms, use the same facilities, and have the opportunity to meet and work with current Lehigh players and coaches. All this, while affording our staff the opportunity to learn more about you as a person and player with in the highly competitive showcase format.
* Film - All session of the Showcase will be filmed and available to participants for personal use following the event.
