Each full day will include three independent on-field sessions (morning, afternoon, evening) that will focus on teaching fundamental skills and concepts, practicing half-field and full-field live game situations, and applying the skills and concepts from those game situations to the scrimmages and games. Our goal is to provide outstanding instruction and skill work in order to help each player become more confident and better prepared for anything they may encounter on the lacrosse field.
