Lehigh Golf Complex to open on Monday

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Lehigh Athletics has announced that its newest facility, the Lehigh University Golf Complex, will open its doors on Monday, June 16. The complex, located on the north side of Lehigh’s Goodman Campus, will serve as a practice facility for Lehigh’s men’s and women’s golf programs, while also allowing those in and around the Lehigh community to learn and develop their golf skills.
“We’re incredibly excited to open this complex,” said Golf Complex Director Jason Gall. “This facility should provide great new opportunities for both our current student-athletes as well as those within the community to practice and enjoy the game of golf.”
The idea was a brainchild of Lehigh’s ILE (Integrated Learning Experience) project, which consisted of a group of students ranging anywhere from finance and accounting to civil engineering and architecture majors, whose assignment was to finalize a business plan for the practice complex.
