Mountain Hawks kick off second round of PL play vs. Holy Cross Sat.
Standing at 17-6 overall and 5-2 in Patriot League play, the Lehigh men’s basketball team looks for its fourth straight win on Saturday when it welcomes Holy Cross to Stabler Arena for a 2 p.m. tipoff. The Mountain Hawks have defeated Lafayette, Navy and Army in succession to jump 11 games over .500 for the first time since the end of the 2009-10 season when they were 22-11.

Lehigh vs. Colgate free of charge as part of Fan Appreciation Night

McCollum earns another PL Player of the Week honor
Following one of his strongest all-around weeks of the season, Lehigh junior guard C.J. McCollum has earned yet another Patriot League Player of the Week award, as announced by the league on Monday. The honor marks McCollum’s fourth of the season and third in the last five weeks. In the process, he extended his Patriot League career record to 10.

Mountain Hawks soar past Army, 83-64
The Lehigh men’s basketball team wrapped up the first round of Patriot League play with a bang as the Mountain Hawks (17-6, 5-2 PL) quickly opened a double-digit lead before cruising past Army (10-12, 3-4), 83-64, on Sunday. Four Lehigh players finished with double-digit points, led by a game-high 25 from junior C.J. McCollum, who jumped to fifth in league history in career scoring.

Lehigh hosts Army Sunday in Coaches vs. Cancer Game
The Lehigh men’s basketball team wraps up the first round of Patriot League play on Sunday when it welcomes Army to Stabler Arena for a special Coaches vs. Cancer Game. Tipoff is set for 2 p.m. The Mountain Hawks will be participating in Suits and Sneakers Awareness Weekend to raise funds and awareness for the fight against cancer. Lehigh enters Sunday 16-6, 4-2 in the Patriot League and one game ahead of the Black Knights, who stand 10-11 and 3-3 in league play.

Lehigh pulls away from Navy in second half, 71-60
Up by three at the half, the Lehigh men’s basketball team quickly opened up a double-digit lead and wouldn’t give it up, topping a pesky Navy (3-17, 0-6 Patriot League) squad, 71-60 on Thursday in Stabler Arena. Junior C.J. McCollum led the way with his 15th-career double-double, posting 24 points and 14 rebounds. The victory gives the Mountain Hawks (16-6, 4-2) their 16th win of the season, tying the team’s total from all of last year.

Lehigh welcomes Navy Thursday for CBS Sports Network clash
Following an impressive 14-point win over Lafayette, the Lehigh men’s basketball team looks for its second straight win on Thursday when it hosts Navy in a 7 p.m. tipoff in Stabler Arena. The game will air live nation-wide on CBS Sports Network with Bob Socci and Vince Curran on the call. The Mountain Hawks (15-6, 3-2) are looking to reach 10 games over .500 for the first time in regular season play since 1988.

Lehigh vs. Army part of Coaches vs. Cancer Suits and Sneakers
Lehigh men’s basketball will host Army on Sunday, Jan. 29 as part of Coaches vs. Cancer® Suits and Sneakers Awareness Weekend. Mountain Hawks surge past Lafayette, 90-76
Down two at the half, the Lehigh men’s basketball team scored 53 second-half points to surge past Lafayette, 90-76, in front of a nationally-televised audience on Sunday afternoon in Kirby Sports Center. Junior C.J. McCollum led the surge with 12-straight second-half points, finishing with 26 on 7-of-14 shooting as the Mountain Hawks (15-6, 3-2 Patriot League) shot 58 percent from the field, including 64 percent in the second half.

The Lehigh men’s basketball team looks to bounce back from a 68-61 loss to Bucknell when it travels to crosstown rival Lafayette Sunday to face the Leopards. Mountain Hawks drop hard-fought 68-61 final to Bucknell
Lehigh and Bucknell battled through a back-and-forth 40 minutes of basketball, but it was the Bison (14-6, 4-0 Patriot League) who closed it out in the end, downing the Mountain Hawks (14-6, 2-2), 68-61 on Wednesday night in Stabler Arena. The Mountain Hawks played from behind for much of the game, taking one second half lead then pulling within one on multiple occasions, but couldn’t get over the hump.

McCollum earns ECAC Player of the Week
One day after breaking the Patriot League record with his ninth Player of the Week honor, Lehigh junior guard C.J. McCollum was recognized by the ECAC on Tuesday as its Player of the Week. It marks McCollum’s third-career ECAC weekly honor after being recognized twice a season ago. He scored 26 points against American and 32 points at Colgate to lead Lehigh to a pair of crucial Patriot League victories.

Lehigh Athletics Ticket Office completes move to Stabler Arena
Effective January 11 and communicated via the Lehigh daily digest, the Athletics Ticket Office will be permanently located at Stabler Arena. The Stabler Arena ticket office staff and Athletics ticket office staff are now fully integrated as part of the Athletics Business Services team.

McCollum sets record with ninth-career PL Player of the Week honor
After 58 points over a pair of Lehigh victories, junior guard C.J. McCollum was named Patriot League Player of the Week on Monday. The honor marks McCollum’s third this season and ninth of his career to set a new league record. The Canton, Ohio native scored 26 points against American then followed that up with 32 at Colgate.

After a slow start, the Lehigh men’s basketball team used a 22-3 run heading into halftime to surge past Colgate (5-12, 0-3 Patriot League), 78-56, on Saturday. Junior C.J. McCollum sparked the rally with a game-high 32 points while four other Mountain Hawks (14-5, 2-1) recorded double-digit points as well. The Lehigh men’s basketball team used a second-half surge to extend a two-point halftime lead into a double-digit victory as the Mountain Hawks (13-5, 1-1 PL) topped American (10-7, 1-1), 71-60 on Wednesday, for their first Patriot League win of the season. Junior C.J. McCollum led the way with 26 points to jump into ninth in league history in career scoring. Seniors John Adams and Jordan Hamilton also impressed with 11 and nine points, respectively.
