On the Lehigh student-athlete experience: "To me it is a person with two jobs. They have to be dedicated as a student first, then athlete. The student portion is most important because without it you are just an athlete. You can’t be an athlete for the rest of your life."
As a junior (2012): Appeared in all 11 games… finished with 20 tackles… registered four tackles in wins over Princeton and Fordham.
As a sophomore (2011): Saw time in all 13 games… made 13 tackles… returned 10 kickoffs for 197 yards… made first career interception vs. Lafayette… returned four kickoffs for 78 yards at Princeton.
As a freshman (2010): Appeared in ten games, primarily as a kick returner… returned 11 kickoffs for 199 yards… returned four kicks for 88 yards, including season long 33 yard return versus Princeton.
In high school:member of 2009 Maryland state championship football, indoor track and outdoor track teams … All-American Scholars Award …four time recipient of the Scholar Athlete Award … Principals Honors in ninth and twelfth grade … participated in the Southern Maryland Leadership Conference … 2009 NFHS National Student Leadership Conference … member of National Honor Society.
