- Every camper must provide a completed Health Form & Waiver PRIOR to participation
- The Health Form & Waiver must be signed by a parent or guardian
- The Health Form & Waiver does not need to be signed by a doctor

Confirmation: Your confirmation will be sent via email. Online registrations will receive an instant confirmation via email. Mailed applications will receive an emailed confirmation at least 1 week prior to camp.

CHAMPIONSHIP FOOTBALL CAMP
Camp Features and Description
- IMPROVEMENT - Develop the skills and fundamentals that will be the foundation for success in your high school careers and ultimately at the next level!
- INTENSITY - Maximize your time as we pack three practice sessions into our one day mini-camp!
- INSTRUCTION - Learn from the best! Receive position specific coaching on technique and drill work from some of the finest coaches in the country!
- FACILITIES - Enjoy working out and practicing with some of the best football facilities in the country. Three top-quality natural grass and artificial turf practice fields and our brand new state-of-the-art strength training complex.
- VISIT LEHIGH - Get a first hand look at Lehigh's beautiful Asa Packer Campus (academic and residential) and the Murry H. Goodman Campus (athletic).

- Campers will only be released to authorized pick-up persons at the conclusion of camp. ID will be required for those who cannot be identified by sight.
O-LINE / D-LINE TECHNIQUE CAMP
Camp Features & Description
- TECHNIQUE - Acquire techniques and fundamentals that will improve your play on both sides of the ball!
- DRILL WORK - Learn drill work that you can use to continue your growth as a lineman!
- COMPETITION - Compete in one-on-one pass rush segment!
- LEARN - Guest speaker on "What it takes to be successful lineman"!

- Extra t-shirt
- Shorts
- Extra socks
