• Every camper must provide a completed Health Form & Waiver and PRIOR to participation.
• The Health Form & Waiver must be signed by a parent or guardian.
• The Health Form & Waiver does not need to be signed by a doctor.

DAY CAMP - Check In/Registration at Ulrich Sports Complex - Turf Field

Camp Description
Improve your hockey skills through our fun, yet intense, training curriculum!  This camp is open to all girls ages 8-16.  The curriculum is designed to accommodate the novice, intermediate players.   An emphasis will be placed on technique.  Players will be challenged to their own skill level.

• Mouth Guard

HIGH SCHOOL RESIDENTIAL CAMP

Camp Description
A great opportunity to experience what it is like to train at the college level, and have the opportunity to stay overnight on the beautiful Lehigh University campus.  This camp will be run much like a typical day of college pre-season. Instruction will be high intensity that will include advanced techniques. This camp is open to girls ages 15-18.  Space is limited!

6:30pm-8:30pm 9:00pm- 7:30am- 9:00am-11:30am	Stick Skills, Drills, Fundamentals Check in at Dorm (overnight campers only) Breakfast Stick Skills, Drills, Situational Drills
12:00pm-12:45pm	Lunch
12:45pm-2:30pm	Small Games/Situational Drills
2:30pm-4:30pm	Game Play with Instruction
