BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Lehigh baseball team placed 10 student-athletes on the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, announced on Tuesday. Senior Ryan Gajdos - a psychology major - led the team with a 3.76 GPA and was one of five Mountain Hawks to have at least a 3.60 GPA, which qualified them for Lehigh’s Dean’s List as well.
Senior Dan Ciccone followed Gajdos with a 3.75 GPA in Biology while senior Cory Kent had a 3.72 GPA in History. In May, Kent was also named to the Patriot League’s 10-member Academic All-League Team and was also a Second Team All-Patriot League selection after a standout 2012 campaign on the mound. Freshman Jordan Smith had a 3.71 GPA in Engineering and junior Brandon Sady had a 3.63 GPA in Accounting.

To be eligible for the Spring Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must earn a 3.20 grade-point average in the spring semester and participate in one of the Patriot League’s winter or spring championship sports.
