WHAT EXACTLY IS THE LANE CHALLENGE CLIMGING WALL?
The Lane Challenge Climbing Wall was donated to Lehigh in 2002 and is celebrating its 10-year anniversary this year. Located on the fourth floor of Taylor Gym, it has provided a challenge to Lehigh students, a fun place to work out, and a place to make and grow relationships. Open to all students, there are qualified belayers that work there to help climbers top rope and set routes for people to boulder across. Slacklining is also available and provides another fun alternative to the traditional core workout. Slacklining classes are every Wednesday evening from 6-7 pm. There is also belaying lessons available on request. Every Friday there is "Friday Night On the Rocks" from 4-8 pm. There is no skill level required to attend. Come on up and add an exciting new dimension to your fitness routine!

"Climbing will change your life. It inspires you to push yourself and it's a great way to meet people with the same interests as yourself. It also just looks really cool." - Sam Clearman
"The beauty of climbing is that in order to get higher you have to let go of what you are already holding on to."
