The Boy’s of Beardslee Strike it Big in Penalty Shots to Win Their First IM Championship!

Beardslee Won it all!
The Freshmen men came to the Sayre fields looking to experience their first intramural competition. They were a highly charged and competitive group of new comers but quickly found their niche! From a pool of 11 teams, the boys of MM and Beardless found themselves facing each other in the championship game. Both teams evenly matched, storming up and down the field, shots on goal and big saves at the hands of the goalies, playing to a 0-0 tie at the end of regulation. Penalty kicks would again determine the winner. Beardless bring home the win with a 3-1 score.
