Get involved in Lehigh’s thriving Group Exercise program! $78 gets you access to 10 different classes including hip hop cardio, kickboxing, pilates, yoga and jazzercise for the full semester (14 weeks). We offer quality instruction with certified instructors at the best cost in town. If you like working out with friends, heart pumping activity, and high energy music, Lehigh group fitness is the program for you! Pump up your day and tone up your body with this all-encompassing program. All levels are welcome!!
Come SPIN with us! Our Spinning program is designed to take you to new levels of fitness with our highly motivated and certified instructors. Classes provide a dynamic 60 minute workout that energizes the whole facility with music pumping and bikes spinning. New to Spin? Don’t be intimidated! Our instructors love helping beginners just as much as they enjoy challenging the advanced cyclist. Choose from an early morning class that will keep your metabolism going all day long, or try spinning during the lunch hour to allow you to tackle the rest of your day energized and refreshed. Evening classes can be a fun way to de-stress after a long day of class. Our sessions run for 6 weeks with 2 classes per week for $38.00, giving you 12 quality workouts for one ridiculously low price!

Classical Yoga is a comprehensive class coordinating the mind, body and spirit through stretching, breathing and meditative practices. It increases strength, flexibility and coordination through a progressive 14 week program. This will allow you to gain control of your inner being and create balance in your daily life.
Yoga Flow for Conditioning offers a sequence of dynamic stretching and strengthening postures that will increase your body awareness. This class is perfect for those on the go who want a meaningful and challenging workout through the flow of yoga movements. A fantastic instructor has made this one of the most in-demand classes offered by Campus Athletics.
Our unique Callanetics course offers total body stretching through learned sets of exercises. Its aim is to tone, firm and elongate muscles through non-impact exercises. Participants work at their own level allowing beginners as well as more advanced gym rats to benefit from this course.
