Mountain Hawks roll over Georgetown 4-0

Bethlehem, PA - The Mountain Hawks climbed back to .500 on the season after beating Georgetown 4-0 Wednesday night at the Ulrich Sports Complex. Four different players found the back of the cage for Lehigh who improves to 5-5 on the season.
Georgetown is 2-6.
The Mountain Hawks thoroughly dominated possession throughout the game, outshooting the Hoyas 17-4. Sheila Clabby got the Mountain Hawks on the board in the 17th minute, scoring her sixth goal of the year with an assist from Moira Garrity. Lehigh would take a two goal lead into the half after Christine Smith scored in the 28th minute.
Lehigh would add to the lead in the second half as Garrity scored on a penalty shot and Kristi Miller capped the scoring with a goal in the 65th minute
“I thought we played a complete game tonight,” said coach Julie Mazer “We really played together as a team.”
The Mountain Hawks return to action on Saturday, October 2 when they open up Patriot League play against Holy Cross at 1:00
