Lehigh sweeps West Chester 7-0

Bethlehem, PA - Lehigh defeated West Chester in a snowstorm on Tuesday afternoon by a score of 7-0 to move to an impressive 9-3 in the early going of the season. Picking up wins in singles action for Lehigh was Gwen Dwyer, Maria Anorga, Lindsay Long, Star Foster, Francesca Murasko-Blank and Ashley Donahue.
In doubles action, Kristen Nowicki and Rachel Samson won the first match, while Foster and Dwyer won in second doubles and Anorga and Long won in thirds action. Lehigh returns to the court on Saturday when the Mountain Hawks travel to Bloomsburg for a match. That match is scheduled to get underway at 2:00.
