Lehigh is tenth at Big Five Classic

Flourtown, PA – Lehigh freshman Alan Borowsky shot a 12-over par 154 over two days to lead Lehigh to a tenth place finish at the Big Five Classic, held at the Philadelphia Cricket Club. Lehigh, the defending tournament champion, shot a 627 to finish 30 strokes behind first place Georgetown.
Borowosky shot a 77 on each of the two days of action to pace the Mountain Hawks. Nam-Kyu Park finished with a 157, while freshman Will Weihenmayer was hot on Park’s heels with a 158. Co-captain Patrick McCahill rounded out the Lehigh scoring with a 161 over the two-day tournament.
Georgetown’s Tim Moynihan took home medallist honors, as he shot a two-ver par 144.
With competition in the Big Five Classic now complete, Lehigh has wrapped up its play for the Fall 2003 season.
