Telford, PA – Freshman Kassia Nelson led Lehigh with a 13th place overall finish as the Mountain Hawks finished ninth as a team at the 11th annual Don Mershon Classic, played at Indian Valley Country Club.  Siena took home top team honors with a two-day total of 690.  Once again McDaniel’s Kelly Cramp was the individual medallist, as she shot a 160 (82-78) over the two days.
      Nelson led Lehigh, who hosted the event, with scores of 93 and 89.  Sophomore Sarah March shot a 185, Moriah Britt posted a 201, and Ashley DeBarba finished with a score of 212 to round out Lehigh’s scoring.  Neither Lehigh captain participated in the tournament.
      The Mountain Hawks are back in action next weekend, taking part in the Rutgers Invitational.
