Boxing Unit
The Balazs boxing unit is available for training and is a popular item for stress reduction. This unit provides two speed bags, a middle weight bag (50 lbs.), and a heavy bag (100 lbs.). The boxing unit is located on the mezzanine of the Welch Fitness Center. For boxing gloves please visit the Fitness Center Desk within the fitness center. (Lehigh I.D. required).
Hours: Available for use during normal Welch Fitness Center hours.
