2006 EIWA Championships at Lehigh University’s Stabler Arena
The 102nd EIWA Championships will be held at Lehigh University’s Stabler Arena on March 4-5, 2006. This site is intended to convey the most up-to-date information regarding the tournament, and will be updated frequently.
Keeping up with the action live
Lehigh Athletics will present fans who cannot make it to the tournament with several opportunities to follow the action. Live Scoring can be found on-line by clicking here. In addition, ESPN Radio of the Lehigh Valley (1230 and 1320 AM) will broadcast the finals live on Sunday afternoon. CN8, the Comcast Network, and Service Electric cable television will re-broadcast the finals the week following the tournament. Fans can watch and listen to the finals live on-demand by tuning into Lehigh's coverage via Yahoo! Sports (nominal subscription fee required). Sessions
The 2006 EIWA Championships will take place in three sessions. Session start times are as follows:
Session I - Saturday, March 4, 10:00 AM
Session 2 - Sunday, March 5, 10:00 AM (Consolation semis, place finals)
Session 3 - Sunday, March 5, 3:00 PM (Championship finals)
Tickets
Tickets for the EIWA Championships are now on-sale and may be purchased through the Lehigh Athletics ticket office by calling (610) 7LU-GAME during normal business hours. Tickets cannot be purchased on-line. Ticket prices are $66 for an all-session pass ($60 in advance) for adults, and $31 for students ($25 in advance). Single session day-of-event tickets may be purchased for $25 (adults) and $12 (students).
Arena configuration
Sessions I and II will feature a four mat configuration, with Session III (the finals) set with one mat in the center of the arena floor. For a closer look at the two configurations, please click on the diagrams below.

Lodging
The Historic Hotel Bethlehem is the official hotel partner of the 2006 EIWA Championships. A block of rooms has been set aside for fans attending the tournament at a rate of $99 per night. For reservations, please call the Historic Hotel Bethlehem at (800) 607-BETH and ask for the special EIWA room rate.
Tournament Social
Lehigh is proud to host a pre-tournament social at the Historic Hotel Bethlehem on Friday, March 3, beginning at 5:30 PM. The event will feature all EIWA head coaches and team representatives, and is open to the public. Tickets to the social are $15. Merchandise
