Online Camp Registration


ONLINE CAMP REGISTRATION

GENERAL DIRECTIONS

  • We accept Mastercard and Visa only.
  • Your confirmation of registration will be sent to you via email.  If you do not receive a confirmation email within 5 minutes after pressing the "Charge My Card" button on the last screen, please email our office at camps@lehigh.edu If your card is not charged, the registration did not go through and none of the information entered remains in the system.

SPECIAL NOTES FOR TEAMS & GROUPS REGISTERING TOGETHER AS A TEAM

  • You will be required to complete a camper information form for each member of your team/group. Please have that information on hand when you start the registration process. 
  • If you select Option 2, you will be required to mail full payment for the entire group/team at least 2 weeks prior to the start of camp.

OPTION 1:  INDIVIDUAL AND FAMILY REGISTRATION

 
 

 

OPTION 2:  TEAM AND GROUP REGISTRATION - SEND PAYMENT SEPARATELY
  • FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY
  • This option is ONLY available to teams and groups of 6 or more campers.
  • If your camp has a minimum number of campers required to register as a team, you must submit at least that number of campers on this spreadsheet. 
  • Download the excel spreadsheet below after reading the following instructions.
  • Please complete the spreadsheet with your team's information.  Do NOT leave any blanks.
  • Email your completed spreadsheet to camps@lehigh.edu 
  • Failure to provide complete information will result in your group's registration being rejected.
  • Full payment for your entire group is due 2 weeks prior to the start of camp.
  • Please mail full payment to:

  • Please include a NOTE with your payment indicating who it is for.  If we can't match your payment to your group, we can't complete their registration.
  • Please understand that by registering your team/group by sending us your spreadsheet does NOT complete your registration.  Your registration is NOT complete until FULL PAYMENT is received.
  • If the camp you are registering for offers a "Register Early Discount", then you must EMAIL your spreadsheet to camps@lehigh.edu by your camp's published early registration discount deadline in order to qualify for the discounted rate.
  • Failure to send full payment 2 weeks prior to the start of camp may result in your team's registration being canceled.
