Piloxing: Piloxing uniquely blends the sculpting and flexibility of Pilates with the power, speed, and agility of boxing. The result is a fat torching, muscle sculpting workout guaranteed to whip you into shape and in a class format that's both fun and challenging.  The warm-up and cool down of each class is tailored to accommodate a fifty minute dynamic workout.

Zumba: Zumba is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance-fitness class that combines intervals of fast and slow rhythms to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.

Zumba Toning: This class raises the bar by incorporating innovative muscle training techniques into the original Zumba dance-fitness rhythms.  The combination of cardio and dynamic resistive exercises provides a fun and effective strength training routine.

IntenSati: This mind freeing and empowerment class combines aerobics, martial arts, yoga and endurance principles with positive affirmations.  The result is an unpredented practice which is empowering both physically and mentally.  This powerful force for positive change will help you achieve inner peace and  thinner peace simultaneously.

Boot Camp: Boot Camp is a cross-training class designed to get you moving and breathing, build stamina and strength, and inspire you to greater health and fitness.  This class integrates the principles of safe and effective yoga practice with High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) for a combination of cardio and flexibility training.
