Body Mix –Get a great full body mix of cardio, strength/toning exercises and fun in this upbeat class. This class will provide areas of core strength, stamina and resistance for a full body blast of fitness.
Pilates Mat: Build long, lean muscle mass while performing exercises that focus on engaging all the major muscle groups: core, glutes, legs, and arms. Pilates assists with injury prevention and recovery, improving sports performance, establishing good posture and maintaining optimal health.
Kettlebells - High intensity, low impact kettlebell routines combine cardio conditioning and strength training to blast calories and burn fat, targeting every major muscle group in the body. Come ready to work HARD and SWEAT.

The One Stop Body Shock™ is a "Plateau Proof Fitness Formula" that helps you to create continuity, consistency and challenge in each and every
R.I.P.P.E.D. class. It is
Plateau Proof, because each component of the workout provides a uniquely different emphasis or system response, so your body never gets accustomed to the constantly changing format. Thus, regular
R.I.P.P.E.D. participants achieve undeniable, ultimate results in minimal time, boasting 750-1000 calories burned in just 50 minutes.
Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, Diet
Strength and Stretch – will offer a series of strengthening exercises working on abs, legs, butt and arms. This is a timely workout heading towards the spring break for toning and overall body shaping. The workouts will vary every week for cross conditioning and post exercise stretching will be an added bonus for this workout to keep muscles long and lean.

is a full-body, equipment-free workout. Combining barefoot, functional cardiovascular training with flexibility and endurance, this fusion format includes a sports-psychology element; encouraging the development of "willPower: strength of mind".

is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance-fitness class that combines intervals of fast and slow rhythms to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.

…. raises the bar by incorporating innovative muscle training techniques into the original Zumba dance-fitness rhythms. The combination of cardio and dynamic resistive exercises provides a fun and effective strength training routine.
Total Body Conditioning - is a cross-training class designed to get you moving and breathing, build stamina and strength, and inspire you to greater health and fitness. Be ready for this to total body fast paced class!
