Lehigh University's Club Varsity Ice Hockey

Lehigh Club Varsity Ice Hockey has been a member of the American Collegiate Hockey Association since 1996. The ACHA represents over 445 member institutions across the nation at the Division I , 2 and 3 level.  Lehigh competes in the Eastern Collegiate Hockey Association whose League members currently include Drexel University, Lebanon Valley College, US Naval Academy, Penn State Berks, University of Scranton, Towson University and Villanova University.

Lehigh Club Varsity Ice Hockey is a highly competitive team with a 25 game schedule who has a paid Head coach and receives substantial funding from the University to provide a "varsity like experience" for the student athlete participants. The ACHA also has an academic requirement for all athletes who participate which models the academic requirements of the NCAA.

The home venue for the Lehigh team is the Steel Ice Center located just one mile away from the Asa Packer campus where the team holds two practices a week from 4:30-6:00 pm which provides flexibility for each student athlete to fulfill their academic obligations. All games are held on weekends to provide an opportunity for students and families to attend.
